Google Summer of Code
OLAT participated at Google Summer of Code for the first time in 2008. In 2009 we did not participate but maybe we will apply again in 2010 and hopefully get selected as a mentoring organization. If you are interested, check back in early 2010.
GSoC 2008: Video and Photos
OLAT was participating in Google's Summer of Code program 2008 and has received funding for a total of 8 projects (check the overview page). Six of the projects were related to OLAT and two projects were related to 
eLML. If you are a student and would also like to participate in the GSoC project, please check the information about GSoC 2009
above!
All the students successfully finished their projects and presented their work at the University of Zurich's "GSoC Closing Event". After two hours of presentations and discussions - one as a conference call from Germany and two students via video from India - the student and mentors celebrated with barbecue and beer until late at the Irchel campus. The presentations are available online as video streams:
